Random drug test results

For anyone that got randoms at the general office, were you actually given results? I thought I was told I would me mailed the results but that doesnt seem to be the case anywhere I look.

I you took a random drug test recently. I take perscription aderall so I tested positive. MRO called early monday, I gave the scripts and she said she would send a negative result once she verified. Its been 2 days now and im on vacation, I dont want this hanging over my head. Any context for how people were told they were negative would be helpful.
