Paranormal basic, easy encounter

I had a paranormal encounter with something non scary, border line friendly many years ago. We were renting an older 80s townhouse in Phoenix AZ. It was two stories with a loft. The walls were painted a light-yellow tone. I was sitting downstairs facing the front door wall area. No TV or audio distractions were present. It was daytime.

Something a bit wavy and translucent grabbed my attention high up close to where the vertical front wall met the ceiling. No details just a wavy motion. Possibly a portal opening. It was small the size of an average RC plane or a meter long. Then came a silhouette and translucent shade of a ship or craft of some sort. It too only about 3 feet long. It had a swaying left and right motion like it was on the water. But there was no water this was in my home.

It was very basic looking, 3 dimensional, it almost could have been some sort of enclosed boat, no windows or doors. There was the shape of a stern and bow shape to it. But angled not rounded.  It descended straight down, about 2 feet from the ground it turned 180 degrees around. Then it continued through the floor and disappeared. I named it the yellow submarine event, since it was translucent the condo wall color made it look yellow.
