Lost the screw for my top handle. Is there any way to buy a replacement?

So I somehow lost the locking screw for my smallrig 4345 top handle. It's a bit of a dumb question but is there any way to buy just the screw? I don't feel like spending 30$ on a new one for basically just a screw and spring.
