Is there a chance that any of the old characters could return?

I’m not talking about the ones who died but like bishop and Percy West, Wesley’s mom, and that FBI agent (for her name). But is there a chance they could return we know that Bishops actor was discriminated racially but what if she decides to return? And Percy what if he returns for another I BEG just one episode with him in it (Please ABC..). I would really like to see Wesley’s and Angela’s mom meet please bring both of them back and Harper’s mom. I think it would be good to see that FBI agent I mean it can’t get anymore crazy except for picking up a war criminal with a giant magnet from a 20 police motorcade. But let me know what you think about these.
