What Pal is good against Azure Covenant Tower?

After entire week from my last post and all dodge coin spending for Osmacul, I managed to leveling w Penking Lux to lvl 68 and captured 1 electric snail for the fight. Its good at first but then when the HP dropped to half Shenglong raised the water and entire arena reduced to 3 small island. I tried 10 times but all failed due to the snail not attacked and I lack of dps to finished her in time or running out of stamina (the server I played set player damage to 25% so only the golden grenade launcher worked but most of the time on phase 2 the grenade sunk to the water area. Is there any pals strong enough to not died by 1 hit from the boss if I did not watch for it in 1 second (by somehow the boss constant aggro me despite I did not deal any dmg at all)
