When should one consider revisiting the basics?

Hi.

I'm quite rusty in terms of studying and using my brain since I've been out of school for 6 years. I paid for the 7 sage balance foundations curriculum and completed it over 33 ish days doing 2-3 hrs per day. I've completed two LR sections so far as a part of the "practice" phase where my results are -8 and -10 (BR -6).

Is this indicative that I should revist the foundations ? Perhaps try another service or books? It's difficult to tell if I'm missing something fundamental. Usually if this was a content tests you would more easily see where you need to brush up on. However, my scores aren't showing any patterns but clearly I'm not doing well either.

What is everyone doing at this stage? Just do more and hope you improve?
