[M4A] Looking For Long Term RP Partner!

My name is Mr.Cabbage. I'm 27, and a guy who goes by He/Him. I have been role playing since I was 11, but had to take a six year break to focus on work. However, now that my schedule has opened up a bit I am interested in returning to the hobby! I am a semi-lit/lit roleplayer looking for a casual experience as a way to ease back into the hobby. I have a single OC that I frequently like to use for RPs, changing him up to suit whatever story we decide to engage with. That being said, I typically like using multiple characters, and creating a small cast of characters. For my primary OC, I usually do MxF, occasionally doing MxM if I'm in the mood for it. However, with the side characters I can do MxM and MxF. I'm open to FxF, however I will admit I have a relatively low baseline when it comes to that kind of media but that doesn't mean i won't try my best!

While I am a bit rusty, I typically write 3-4 paragraphs in a casual setting, but can write upwards of 6-7 when I'm particularly invested. I roleplay in third person, and consider myself to be semi-lit/literate depending on the day and mood. I have a male OC who I frequently like to use in RPs, and will usually change bits about him to fit any given story. However, I frequently like using multiple characters, and creating a small cast of OCs as opposed to using just two. In that case, I can play as both guys and girls and can do MxF, MxM and FxF pairings. Admittedly, I don't have a solid baseline for Yuri pairings as I don't really watch or read that, but I am open to learning and trying! I am also open to people using self-inserts, as long as they're well-written and detailed.

-➤ My writing length is 3-4 paragraphs on average, but can at times reach 6+ paragraphs if I'm particularly invested.

- ➤ 18+ Only. Preferably people closer to my age, but I am willing to roleplay with anyone who is over the age of 18.

- ➤ My characters are typically range from early-to-late twenties, occasionally venturing into thirties and forties. That being said, I don't mind nor have any set age limits for what I'm willing to roleplay alongside and will adjust my characters ages to suit the story.

-➤ Animanga / Animanga inspired face claims. The type of art you may find on Danbooru, Pixiv, BlueSky or Twitter. No Realistic Artwork, IRL/Celebrity Photos and No Text Description on their own.
Will also accept stylized cartoon FCs.

-➤ Be open to OOC Chatter! I like chatting, talking about headcanons, characters, worldbuilding and occasionally shitposting. I am not here just for an RP partner but I am also looking to make some friends and just overall have fun! So don't be afraid to hit me up to chat about literally anything.note when I say I'm looking for a long-term roleplay partner I mean in general. Someone I can do various plots with, short, episodic, long term, etc.

- Communication is important! I try my best to to communicate when something comes up, so please feel free to do the same. Especially as my schedule is unpredictable so I like to keep my partners informed on that kind of stuff.

-➤ I don't consider myself picky. As long as you can write more than one line, and less than a novella every post, use third person and fulfill the other requirements I'm pretty lenient.

-➤ I only roleplay on Discord, usually through making private servers and occasionally using tupperbox.

-➤ I mainly do OCxOC. I don't mind if you use a CC face claim or even their story. However no straight up CCs, and I do not double

-➤ I like to create docs, profiles, etc for my OCs. While I'm not going to require to do the same since it's a lot of effort. However, I would like you to approach me with an OC you're considering using, or want to use, along with their information.

It has been three days since your conscription. You still remember how fast they rushed you onto the bus just two days ago and how, ever since you arrived, you’ve been stuck in the Central Intake area. You still have very little idea of what is going on, only agreeing to be conscripted as it would lighten your sentence. Yet here you were, stuck in a barracks with 30-40 other criminals who decided to take the same bargain as you. For the past few days, the St.Bellamy staff have been conducting examinations on everybody there. The first day, it was medical/psychological evaluations; yesterday was physical evaluations, and today they had you fill out some forms. Even during the free time granted in between sessions, the heavily armored guards watched you closely. As you were watching TV in the common area, the announcement finally came. Tomorrow, divisions would be determined alongside each division lead. You didn’t know what to expect, and could only hope that what was to come was better than whatever this was.

It was one of those nights. Those nights when you sat up late thinking about how you ended up here. How your life ended up the way it was. Usually, these nights came with tears, but for some reason you couldn’t bring yourself to cry. No. Not tonight. It was as though your eyes had run dry due to all the previous tears shed. You had no idea what you wanted to do continuing forward, nor…whether or not you wanted to continue forward in the first place. It was while you were wallowing in the pits of your despair that a voice would call out to you. When you went to check, all you could see was a small, alien white creature standing in your window, with a soft gaze and friendly smile. As it spoke, its mouth didn’t move, yet somehow you could hear it. It was making you an offer. No, it was granting you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Make a contract with it - no. Make a wish, and it will grant it. The only caveat being that you will have to become a magical girl/boy.

It was a boring night, one that consisted of scrolling through the hundreds of Discord servers you were a part of, most of which you had no memory of previously joining. You thought it’d be a good idea to scroll through each server and see what kind of servers they were. Most were nothing important: a few emoji servers, some roleplay servers that went inactive, old Discord groups for old friends that had left a long time ago. Then you came across a Minecraft server you don’t ever remember seeing before. As you went to check the announcement, you saw they were doing an event called “Farlands Simulation.” They were taking in seemingly hundreds upon thousands of applicants to participate in this Minecraft event, with the “winners” being granted half a grand for their participation. There was no stipulation as to what winning meant, but it almost seemed too good to be true. However, for some reason, you couldn’t help but grow curious. If this was real, with that type of money you could change your life around, live comfortably for a bit, and pay off rent that was a few months past due. With a heavy degree of skepticism, you would decide to sign up for the event, with only an hour passing before you get the notification that you qualified. You would go to sleep that night thinking nothing of it, only to wake up no longer in your bed. There were no blankets to greet you, not the familiar hum of your heater. Just a cool breeze as the soft grass beneath you brushed against your skin. As you got up, you would find yourself alone in a field, confused and genuinely afraid. As you began to question whether or not this was just a strange dream, a pop-up would appear before you.

After growing tired of residing in your family’s home, you would finally decide to move out. Seeking to garner some semblance of independence away from the constant drama that came with living at home. However, unfortunate you for and many others, rent prices were far too high for you to afford on your own. Each renter you spoke to either had an HOA, wanted an absurd fee as a sign of “good faith,” or was selling rundown homes in terrible neighborhoods. Just as you were losing all hope, feeling as though you may never gain the independence you so desperately desired. That is, until something would catch your eye as you were leaving the kobini late at night. A flyer for only 400 for only 65, 150 yen a month. A shared house for 6 people. It almost seemed too good to be true. As you got closer to examine the board it was posted on, you would come to notice a single strip of paper remaining with the landlord’s number, as if it had been waiting just for you to find it.
