Specify facilities not to go to?

Maybe like choose certain facilities not to go to, instead of fixed assignments to other one? like i have more than enough potatos, i dont want them to go to that plantation, but i dont want to fix them to any other sites too. they have other work rather than just one. And disassembling it would be a hassle, spent much time to fit it in tight spaces and organize. So maybe we can specify certain facilities not to touch? I dont see such option so far.
