What to do in the warmer months?

I don’t know how I will be able to leave the house when the weather warms up if I look like this? It’s winter now so I can cover up. My legs aren’t that bad, but my boobs are gone, you can see my ribs and my arms are by far the worst. They are bony with loose skin and huge veins. Everyone will look at me and nobody will want to be seen with me. What to do?
