[pc on a disc] [2000s] game for kids

Hi! I am looking for a kinda game that must be from the 2000s or maybe early early 2010s. It was from the perspective of like a cute cartoonish animal. I remember there being like a river or waterfall and maybe even a mountain. There was also a sort of the game where you could select something and one of the songs was head, shoulders, knees, and tles.
