Accommodations

So the entire time I’ve been at Walmart my doctors note has been fine for my accommodation at the store managers approval. When I moved stores my coach made sure it was fine with the coach she was sending me to and the store manager that I had an accommodation. It was fine until I moved departments and now they want me to go through Sedgwick, which is fine because my doctor is going to say whatever I want him to say but it’s taking them some time to complete the packet as just today I faxed over a document to him. The people lead said Until my Sedgwick case has been decided I would be on self checkout unless it’s a coverage issue. Well that hasn’t been the case as just tonight I was the primary cashier… the only cashier for an hour and I put ppto in and left early due to my stomach cramping up from the repetitive lifting I don’t mind sharing that (I have ibs and struggle with anorexia because of the ibs) so I’m already exhausted and
nauseous a lot and it typically gets worse at the register. My coach told me to go get a team lead or tell the customers to keep their items in the cart but they get upset and have an attitude with me the whole time after and leave me with a one star review or I can never find a team lead and have to to do it myself for bulky things that need bags like gallons of milk and juice. I even mentioned to my coach tonight I was having problems on the register and she didn’t care at all to give me a break or anything and I’m getting really frustrated. I NEED ADVICE😭
