Feeling very broken

I am 40, F, UK and diagnosed adhd with binhe eating. I read everywhere how people have stopped BE and lost weight 😒 Me, I am still at it in the evening. 223lbs at 5ft 2. On 50mg elvanse.

Ive done mounjaro, list 3 stones but because scared of rhe injections and stopped. That 3st piled back on so quickly ans then some!
