If Katniss had died in the 74th Hunger Games…

…What would the 75th Quarter Quell had been? Considering the current one (former victors reaped) as a way for Katniss to be killed was never chosen, what do you theorize the next Quarter Quell would have been?

I’m thinking all potential children picked from a single drawing so that some districts could have two boys or two girls or one of each.
