What is it like working at a logistics center?

Hello, I am a Reddit user from Korea and currently work at Coupang. Coupang is a company comparable to the Amazon of Korea and has been featured by Forbes as the "Amazon of Asia." I work part-time, earning about $66 a day. The work environment is tiring and sweaty due to walking all day, but in return, the logistics center provides shuttle buses for commuting, offers meals, gives a 20-minute break in the afternoon, has air conditioning in the break room, provides frozen bottled water every day, and even offers college tuition support.

As is often the case with logistics companies, there is a lot of talk about it being a greedy corporation, but I believe it is a reasonably useful platform that provides jobs and wages to the majority of citizens.

While this is the situation in Korea, I am curious about the situation in other countries, such as the US with Amazon or Walmart. I welcome questions from logistics center workers.
