One tube removed after ectopic, now found 3 uterine polyps. Has anyone had a successful natural pregnancy after multiple polyps removal?

Hi everyone,

33F here and recently went through an ectopic pregnancy. Unfortunately my right tube was removed, so I now only have left tube.

I recently had a (SIS) to check my uterus and tubes. They found 3 endo polyps: 10 mm, 7 mm, and 11 mm. They also said the left tube was difficult to assess because of the position of my ovary and the catheter, so they couldn’t fully confirm whether it is open.

I’m feeling a bit discouraged because it feels like one thing after another. I know everyone’s journey is different, but I’m looking for some hope and encouragement.

Has anyone here had multiple uterine polyps and gone on to have a successful natural pregnancy after removal?
