This sub is growing faster than one person can keep up with, so we're bringing on 2–3 moderators.

**What the role actually is.** Half moderation, half participation. There isn't a huge queue yet — there isn't enough content to fill one. So mods here post, start discussions, reply early on new threads so they don't die, and run the recurring formats. The moderation side is real too: working the queue, clearing spam, answering modmail. Automod handles the bulk; you handle the judgment calls.

The most important part of the job: this is an adult community built on fictional personas, and we have hard lines on anything depicting or implying minors, real-person likenesses, or nonconsensual themes. Our filters hold that content for human review, and reviewing it is the job that matters most here. It isn't always pleasant. If that's not for you, that's a completely fine answer — better said now than later.

**What we're looking for.** Reliability over availability — twenty honest minutes a day beats a burst once a week. Level-headed in modmail. Willing to escalate instead of guess. Comfortable with adult content and clear-eyed about where the line sits. If you're an AI creator yourself, that's a real plus: you'll know what's normal in this niche and what isn't.

**What we won't ask you to do.** No outreach, no DMing creators, no promoting us in other subs. That's on me, not you.

**How to apply.** Hit **Apply to moderate** in the sidebar (community info on mobile). It's a short form — a few questions about how you'd handle judgment calls and what you'd post here.

Questions about the role are welcome in the comments.
