I didn’t know I’d have to post on Reddit for this, but I’m really struggling right now.

I recently graduated and have been job hunting for a while. I’m grateful that I’ve managed to get interviews and even a few offers, but almost all of them have been extremely lowball offers, some are paying almost the same as the stipend I was earning as an intern.

It’s honestly been taking a toll on me. I worked really hard to build relevant internship experience, a portfolio, and practical marketing skills, hoping it would translate into a decent full-time opportunity. But the market has been rough, and I’m starting to feel stuck.

So I decided to ask the people of Reddit for help.
If your company is hiring, or if you’re able to refer someone, I’d be incredibly grateful. I’m specifically looking for marketing, brand marketing, advertising, or communications roles in Gurgaon that offer fair entry-level compensation for a fresh graduate. I’m not expecting an unrealistic package—just a role that pays decently and values the experience I’ve built through my internships.
