Graduate certificate online GIS program suggestion please

I am a toddler mom looking for comeback in career in gis. My b.tech was in GIS but later I worked in software for 6 years and then took break and now looking to join in graduate certificate courses as that can help me better qualify for a job. Please tell me how helpful is a graduate certificate program of getting a job?
