Best way to get between Aragon and Castile as France?

I feel like it can't be that hard to cripple Castile early on as France, but I can never seem to figure it out. Seeing as how the integration of Aragon makes them stronger, how can I stop Castile from getting the PU? And if I can't, what else can I do to destabilize them?
