I need an advice on how to get new team mates and 3s pugging in general

I play pres evoker and i found a team last month. we played cupid. we went 1800-2200. However, at some point in the 2100 range, the team disbanded, and i ended up at 2090cr and i ended up not being able to q for a week.

As of right now, my qing anxiety is at its peak. I am aiming for gladiator this season for the first time, got no teammates, and i am so scared of qing up in lfg to which i might go from 2000 to 1900 or something like that.

if you were in this situation before, or if you're a pres evoker who already got glad through pugging or something like that, what did you do?
