In the first episode of the series, Charlie narrates a story on how Hell was created and the origins of Lucifer. The story tells the viewers that Lucifer had amazing ideas and was a bit too chaotic, so heaven made him an outcast. But I don’t think it’s telling the whole truth, but rather a white lie created by Lucifer for his daughter. So this is my theory on how things REALLY went between Lucifer and Heaven…

——————————————

Lucifer was one of the highest beings in all of creation, second only to God. For some time, Lucifer was content with his position. Then one day, Lucifer began to think to himself, "Imagine what things would be like if I were in control?" It wasn‘t long until Lucifer’s heart was overcome with Pride, so he began to conspire with his fellow angels, which would become the seven sins. Overthrowing the big G shouldn’t be that hard. After all, Lucifer was nearly A god!

But Lucifer had overestimated himself. He and his alllies were cast into Hell to never be in Heaven’s light again. Things were looking grim for the sin of pride, until he got an idea. An awful idea. Lucifer got a wonderful awful idea! God had just made two new creatures called humans. They seemed to perfect in every way. If he could ruin these beings, they would be flawed. So Lucifer decided to take a trip to the Garden of Eden.

While exploring the Garden, Lucifer came across one of the humans, Lilith. He was amazed by her beauty. So he took Lilith back to his home and made her his wife.

After finding out Lilith was missing, Heaven had to make a new spouse for Adam, which they named Eve. It was then when Lucifer decided to take action. Lucifer snuck into the Garden disguised as a serpent to enact his plan. Once Eve had eaten the forbidden fruit, Lucifer celebrated. Unfortunately, he had been caught by Heaven, and was cast back down into Hell. They told the fallen angel that he would regret this action, but Lucifer didn’t care, he had won.

But as the years went by, the children of Adam and Eve began to fill up Hell. They were so chaotic and sinful. He then began to regret his decision he made all those years ago. Lucifer’s action had forever doomed humanity…

Theory: The story in the beginning isn’t telling the whole truth
