Do you have an LLC and what do you register it as?

Seeking any sort of advice on legitimizing as a business I can get. Some core questions I have are:

1. Is LLC is the route to go?

2. What do you register it as? Body work, companionship, sex coach, consultant?

3. I’m also a musician, would it be foolish to operate under that or any other unrelatable business?

4. How do you advertise/what’s on your website and are you required to submit that info with the registration?

5. Do you have a professional in either career/taxes/accounting help you? Do they need to know it’s in person SW? Can they know?

6. Are you able to then invest in some way with the business funds or put them somewhere that can generate more money?

7. Would love to see any websites and examples anyone is willing to share! Or if there are any resources that address the questions I’m asking here like a Business for SW 101? Lol. Thanks for taking the time to answer!
