Quick Adjustment Clasp for [SSB397P1]?

I got a SSB397P1 from my girlfriend. It is easy my best fitting and favorite watch I own. However the steel band is a little tight. Its a great band and fits almost perfect. The clasp only has 2 micro adjustments tho. I am interested in a quick adjustment clasp. Is that the move? Or should I get a clasp with just more micro adjustments? What clasps would yall recommend for this watch?
