Gender affirming but uncomfortable?!?!

So I went to do laundry in my buildings communal laundry room.This like 20ish yr old girl comes into the elevator. Were both going to the laundry room. She says she'll give me her washers, I say thanks and we go in. Im polite and i hold the door open for her. She's taking her clothes out of the washers. Her thong falls on the floor. I say " oh you dropped something." She gets flustered and says "omg that's so embarrassing so sorry" I said "oh its ok np" I immediately think, oh no she sees me as a cis man. Oh no she doesnt know im a Trans Gay man! She thinks im being creepy. She didnt say anything after that and she avoids eye contact.

It felt nice to be affirmed as a man but also i made her uncomfortable?!?!?! I feel bad about how I made her feel but also like euphoric about being seen as a man!?!?!
