Comics vs. MCU strength

I’ve seen every MCU movie, my knowledge basically comes from those and my comic book reading brother (not sure how much he reads now, has a kid, works etc etc).

Anyway, I remember during Endgame he was telling me that they ‘dumb downed’ Scarlett Witch’s powers as she could easily have killed Thanos (essentially the movie would’ve ended there). I can understand for plot reasons why they dumb down someone

I used to remember my bro alway talking how Hulk was the most powerful (the World War Hulk storyline, or was it Planet Hulk, i think was the name of the storyline) then I saw Infinity War (and again, I can understand why they made him lose to Thanos)

Now, all I hear/see is how Doctor Doom is this unbeatable bad guy, Franklin Richards, too. Sentry in Thunderbolts, etc

So, who really is the strongest of whoever we’ve been introduced to so far in the almost 20 years of MCU?

Scarlett Witch? Captain Marvel? Sentry? The Eternals?
