Needing help with working out money and tax

i am 18M live in Australia, i signed up for doordash as a way to make extra money yk its prob been about a month now but i only actually did it for two weeks. Week one i made $293 week 2 i made $60 i searched up about the tax bullshit and it said to write down my paycheck when i got it how much and then put 30% away but then i did another initial search and it was saying like i can claim extra for spending money on fuel and km of all my drives and bla bla like i really did not anticipate it being this complex. I thought get an ABN you know when tax time comes be likebe like I made this much I made that much put down my tax. I didn't think I'd have to write down this other stuff and I also don't even know how to like write that down in tax like do i do it when I go to do my tax return? cause right now I had a job at McDonald's and they just handle all that for me.
