I think I’m screwed and I’m absolutely terrified

So three weeks ago I had gallbladder surgery right after I gave birth to my son, my husband took off about a week for me to be able to get around the house and get back to semi normal. Anyways this week specifically today, I noticed one of my incisions did not look like the other and after I got out of the shower the scab that was covering it had come off leaving what looks like a hole. I’ve checked for fever and warmth around the site and I’m still 97.8 and no warmth from that spot but I’m starting to think this thing isn’t closing right or is infected. I haven’t had the greatest sleep and I’m also breastfeeding so I really just run off of broken sleep to keep up with feedings. I’m absolutely terrified and I just need someone to talk to about this. (I messaged the doctor about it and I’m waiting on a response)
