DAE’s shipping labels print out with a different price than you paid? It’s causing issues for me and I don’t know why it’s happening.
It’s been this way for a while, I pay $1.82 for first class mail shipping for a flat—a small bubble mailer that weigh hardly anything (I actually think I’m paying too much because USPS says that it’s supposed to be $1.63 but whatever)
So I get the label through Etsy, pay $1.82 and it always prints out “$1.63” it bothers me but I figured it’s fine since I’ve never had any issues with it, I can’t figure out how to fix it. Well today I got a “return to sender” back (literally a month later which makes me livid) and it said that it’s $1.82 not $1.63 and that I need to adjust the price. But I PAY $1.82?? It just prints out 20cents less, and I don’t know how to fix it! I can’t have this becoming a problem all the time now.
Can someone please help me, Etsy customer support was extremely unhelpful basically blaming me for probably having incorrect dimensions or weight, but they aren’t incorrect and that’s not even what the problem would be?and I can’t find where to contact usps about it, I’m just getting unhelpful AI customer support on there. So I’d really appreciate some insight about it or to know if it’s happening to anyone else?
