Princeton/Harvard ACT rules? 35 ACT in one sitting but very low science

I was lucky to get a 35 in one sitting on the ACT this time around but I added science and scored very low (28) on that section. Princeton and Harvard don't allow superscore for ACT and although the science section is optional I'm afraid that since I took the science for that sitting that it will be seen and reflect badly since I'm applying as a STEM major. Does anyone have knowledge or guidance on this?
