Cosmetic skincare for wedding and Koebnerization

Questions

So, I almost got microneedling recently, but thankfully I read about the Koebner effect a few days before and was able to cancel without paying.

I have palmoplantar psoriasis, some on my scalp and groin, and nail pitting. I also have a tiny 1/8" spot under my nose and another mild one on my hairline. I’m currently on Tremfya and using Tacrolimus, which I’m very grateful for.

So my wedding is coming up, and I just want to feel radiant and confident and go without makeup. Originally, I was looking into microneedling and chemical peels to help with that but then I read about Koebnerization. Luckily I had my dermatologist appointment yesterday and then I asked him about the risks, he just shrugged and said, "There’s risk in everything." That Was So frustrating. But at least he gave me a referral to a GI specialist to look into all my nutrient deficiencies.

On top of the wedding prep, I've been stressing myself out after reading that a like 70% of people with nail pitting and palmoplantar psoriasis develop psoriatic arthritis. I’m trying to remind myself that a statistic isn’t a guarantee, but it’s hard not to spiral.

Since canceling the microneedling, I’ve been paralyzed about what to do next. Right now, I’m scared to try anything new on my face. What skincare treatments, facials, or procedures have you been able to do safely without triggering a new location for flares to start up?

Please, I'd love any advice on getting that wedding glow without destroying my skin.
