Looking for a 1RK/1BHK under ₹15k near CBD Belapur (DY Patil Student)

I'm a 22M moving to Navi Mumbai for my MCA (Cybersecurity) at DY Patil School of Humanities & Sciences, CBD Belapur.

I'm looking for a 1RK or 1BHK within a budget of ₹15,000/month (preferably a little less if possible).

My preferences are:

- Safe locality

- Within a reasonable commute (10–20 minutes) to DY Patil CBD Belapur

- Suitable for a student who studies and works from home occasionally

- Private accommodation preferred over a PG/hostel

Areas I'm considering include:

- CBD Belapur

- Kharghar

- Nerul

- Seawoods

- Any nearby area with good connectivity

If anyone knows:

- A property owner renting directly (to avoid brokerage),

- A trustworthy broker,

- Any vacant 1RK/1BHK,

- Or even someone moving out soon,

I'll be reaching Navi Mumbai around 25th–26th July, so I can visit properties in person.
