Offline shared stash - how do you use it?

During my playthrough there are dropping some items and currently I'm collecting an storaging most of them. Earlier online you'd create mules.

Earlier offline I used "PlugY" and there had been an infinite stash. Now we just have 5 pages - still better than nothing.

But now I am at a point (really fast) that I've to do some offline mules. So, no problem at least.

The shared staff will at least been used for Items that need to been swapped between more builds.

That seems to be my way on my Steam Deck.

How do you use the shared stash and how do you manage your mules and items? Do you create sheets with items/stats and on which mules they are?

Need some thoughts for optimizing my system 🤣. Want to see how other player manage their stuff.. maybe I got some ideas how I could make it easier than earlier.
