Tirz after Reta

My RS has been taking reta for the past 6 months. Before that, they were on brand-name Ozempic and loved how it completely eliminated food noise. They haven’t experienced the same effect with reta, so they’re considering switching to tirz.

Based on your research and what you’ve seen anecdotally, what are your thoughts? Is there a recommended waiting period between stopping reta and starting tirz?

I know this gets asked all the time, but I also have a question about reconstituting a 5 mg vial. What’s the typical way people reconstitute it, and what starting dose is commonly used?
