Life in Bali/Thailand/Dubai

I am an engineer earning good enough here in India, my wife is MD Panchakarma from a gov college in India.

We are thinking of moving out either to Dubai, Bali or Thailand but not sure what kind of opportunities she can get in these countries and how difficult it is to find a good opportunity.

Can someone please guide us or get us in contact with someone who is already doing something similar.
