[US-OR] Found a hidden camera that our neighbor had recently set up to spy on our family. Has full view of an otherwise private backyard and direct view into room that wife breastfeeds our newborn. What are my rights here?

Neighbor’s property is a short term rental with no permanent resident. We have lived in our home for less than 3 months. About 1 month ago, neighbor made passive aggressive comments about our dogs barking. We took corrective measures but within the last week I saw the property owner hanging up a bird house on the branch of a tree along our shared property line. Today I was in that area and discovered the bird house was fake and was actually a hidden camera pointed directly into our property. The camera has absolutely zero view of their own property.
