"water always finds its level" argument defeater
here, we have an image depicting a centrifuge. In the centifuge is water. A centrifuge produces centrifugal force (yes i know its not actually a force shut up), which is identical to gravity (this is why artificial gravity concepts for space are centrifuge based), only it acts away from the center rather than towards it. Here you can see that the water is curved to the shape of the surface due to this force. This is exactly what happens with gravity on the earth, only in the opposite direction. The water is infact still level, because water being level means that its perpendicular to the net force of acceleration.
