Whats going on with NDAX being so slow these days?

Im not sure what happened but over the years theyve gotten worse and worse - ive had a withdrawl sitting in Administrative Processing for over an hour - and the address im sending to auto refreshes every 6 hours (ive bought form them 5 times now with no issues).

If anyone from NDAX see's this - please help, id really love it if my funds didnt get sent to the shadow realm because you guys cant get your act together.
