Hey all, back with a Petnyang update. It's a pet that runs as a system overlay — it walks around on top of your launcher, YouTube, whatever you're in. Tap it and it reacts, tilt the phone and it slides around, shake it for voice commands, and there are a couple of mini-games.

Just shipped the update I'm most excited about: **you can chat with it now.** Long-press the pet and a little input opens — it replies in a speech bubble under its feet, remembers your name, and will actually listen to how your day went. It's text chat, not voice.

Honest note (saying it up front because people assume AI): it does **not** turn a photo into an animated pet with AI. If you want your own dog in there, you record a short video and it cuts the background out. Photos alone only feed the gallery mode, where your pictures cycle on screen next to the pet.

Free, ships with a Shiba, no ads.

The shiba that walks across your screen can now talk back — big update, free 🐾
