First Run Complete!

I just finished my first run, first thing I did was go and pick up another reduvia dagger, round table hold is missing? I picked to summon Ranni because I legit didn’t know that would pick an ending, I wanna get dung eater this go around because I got to far in Ranni’s quest to do it last game. Anything else I should do or should I just buy the DLC? Pretty sure there’s plenty of bosses that I haven’t fought yet like malenia and marika unless radagon was marika… am I an Elden lord even though I picked Ranni’s end?
