WTW Referral

Anyone here who has been referred, or knows someone who was referred to WTW? Kumusta po yung application timeline ninyo, and nakatulong ba talaga yung referral sa application process?

I’ve been applying for roles that closely match my skills and experience, pero unfortunately, I still keep getting rejected. Curious lang po ako if referrals made a difference in your experience.
