Question for Wellington Wolfbrook tenants

Hey all, is it considered "typical" of Wolfbrook PMs to send out an inspection notification and then just not show up and make no contact?

It was supposed to be our first inspection in this place, and the notification email is the first contact we've had with our PM since Wolfbrook took over in April (we moved here in March).

I'm very confused and honestly pretty miffed. Just want to know if this is a typical level of professionalism to expect from them going forward so I can adjust my expectations accordingly.
