keep getting catch all email verification results - should I still send?

we picked up pulling emails for a new campaign and like 40% are coming back as catch all domains. using hunter right now and not sure if these are worth sending to or if i'm just burning my sender reputation.

our deliverability guy says to skip them but that feels like leaving money on the table. we send about 2k emails a week from 5 inboxes and cutting 40% of our list would basically kill the campaign volume.

started looking at other tools to see if they handle catch all email verification better. been comparing Prospeo and Apollo since they both claim to verify catch all domains more accurately. Prospeo caught my eye because they say they have their own verification infrastructure instead of using third party APIs.

anyone here actually send to catch-all addresses? what's your bounce rate like? trying to decide if we should switch email verification tools or just change our approach entirely.
