Am I shadowbanned?

My old account used to be shadowbanned. I didn't have the patience to write appeals for the next year. So I deleted that account, and opened another account with the same email (this current one). Seems to be fine till now. Although my old posts and karma is deleted. It still says my account is 5 years old.
