Most efficient and effective way to review NBMEs

Hi everyone, hope you're doing great (a stressed mate speaking here).

I gave yesterday offline NBME 26 baseline and got 48%. Haven't completed FA as I still lack knowledge on some systems.

4.5 weeks till the real deal. Is there an efficient way to review NBMEs and improve my score? (Is there a hope I can target +65 in few weeks? 😭😭)

Read in the subreddit I need to target my weak subjects but there are some modules I studied months ago I feel like I completely forgot them. Should I just review the topic? Or the whole module/system? and How? Should I read that part on FA or doing Anki cards or UW? Thank you.
