Does anyone have a solid prompt to fix Chatgpt infuriating forced neutrality? It’s driving me insane.

I’m getting ridiculously frustrated with ChatGPT constantly playing centralist/neutral on literally everything. Even when asking about things that clearly aren't up for debate or just require a decisive, straightforward answer, it keeps pulling the classic: On one hand... but on the other hand..." HR style responses.
It feels like talking to a ultra cautious PR manager who refuses to take a stance on anything. Does anyone have a reliable system prompt or custom instructions that strip away this excessive neutrality and diplomatic fluff? I just want it to be direct, opinionated when asked, and stop acting like a fence sitter.
