How do you wash your head in winters ?

Stupid question maybe, but it's currently raining Very much here and ahhh I'll get cold if I wash my hair and if I don't my hair will be "not so good" dryass , and oh I read somewhere that "don't use hot water for hairs" okay? What am I gonna do In winters? I'll d!e with this much planning.... please help me
