Are you able to get the shiny charm in BW2 without previous generation games?

I have a copy of both black and white 2 and I’m really hoping I don’t need to buy any more games.
I have 2 systems so I assume I can trade the exclusives locally but I’m unsure if there’s any Pokémon in the national dex that are unobtainable in BW2
