Is this bearded Dragon over weight

I got her for free they could not take her along they were moving so I got her she’s 5 years old and has been living in a 20 gallon I’m moving her to. 65 gallon they had her on bearded dragon pellets which I know isn’t good she has a heat lamp but not a uvb. Advice is appreciated.
