Help with second year bio course selection
Hi,
I have been trying to join the academic advising queue every day for the past week and it’s always full. I’m going into second year bio and idk why but my course selection is on the 24, which seems early cause all my friends are on the 27.
I am kind of struggling to figure out what courses to take as I may have to have a major surgery done during winter break (long story) and don’t want to be stressing out insanely in the fall term about that and school or fall behind in the winter term. Also, I am thinking of transferring to arts in May because in my opinion it’s easier and hence you have a more likely chance of getting better grades for post grad (law school or medical school, idk what I’m doing with my life). Sorry for sounding so shallow.
So, I was thinking of taking like 50% bio classes and 50% arts classes that I know I’ll succeed in, I know this may put me behind a year but I’m okay with taking a fifth year or an extra semester. But please let me know, is this the dumbest idea possible?
I already have 60 credits from summer school + high school program, so I’m already ahead in that regard.
Please let me know if I sound like an absolute fool or not. Thanks!
