Best time to submit a Live Conversation Ranking task?

I'm working on a Live Conversation Ranking task, and I only have one attempt, so I want to maximize my quality score.

I've seen mixed advice—some people say it's best to submit after 10–15 minutes, while others recommend waiting around an hour.

Is there any consensus on the best submission time? Does waiting longer actually improve quality, or is it better to submit as soon as you're confident in your evaluation?
